Network issues only happening in marathon
does bungie do any refunds on gear lost? I get random network issues that last a few seconds a few times a game. it only happens a few times a game so its not the end of the world but its very frustrating when i bring in gold gear ive been excited to use and die to that issue. Im using ethernet and have even had my ISP out and everything is good. Im only having this problem in marathonhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WC0WIRR9UA

We're sorry to hear about this issue.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
