Cryo Archive Sponsored Kit

I can't find the "Cryo Archive Sponsored Kit" in the armory. I meet all of the requirements to play cryo archive. I have not entered that map yet. Is this because I didn't do it the first weekend? From this video at 6 seconds I can see where the sponsored kit is supposed to be and it's not there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps4SP0bqy2M&t=6s

I know there's a bug where factions and the items on the right don't show on the armory tab and you have to switch tabs and back. This is not that bug.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report.

    The Cryo Archive Sponsored Kit is a one-time free kit that appears in the Armory → Special Offers when:

    • Cryo Archive is currently available (during a Cryo weekend), and
    • Your Runner is level 25+ and eligible for Cryo.

    It’s not limited to just the very first Cryo weekend, so you haven’t missed it permanently. Once it’s claimed, it’s removed from the Armory and won’t show there again. If you claim it, it should show up in your vault like a normal sponsored kit.

    If you’re level 25+, Cryo Archive is visible on your activity select, it’s an active Cryo weekend, and the kit still never appears in Special Offers, please grab:

    • A screenshot or short clip of your Armory → Special Offers section, and
    • Your Bungie name on the same screen

    You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
