Home Field advantage not popping.

So, it could be pointless due to not having it recorded. But I'm also seeing how it's a problem for others. On two separate occasions this should have popped for me. Once Two enemies and myself on an extraction, down both and down their third with a bully. Didn't pop, 2nd attempt on outpost throw smoke in hallway on the elevator and get three stabs in smoke and two finishes in it and it still didn't pop. I have only been playing this one character to get this done for almost 130 hours and it's wild how lucky and situational this is.
