Fell into an invisible nook in Office in Algea Ponds, between wall and box.

Event occurred Saturday 4/4 around 11:45pm Est in 2nd Floor Office in Algae Ponds. Had just opened locked room and finished looting. Thought i heard someone coming, so got on to box to get a good head glitch as I've done previously in this match, but this time I fell into section between box and another container. Unable to jump out of area as there were invisible walls. Was there until end of match.
Edit: any change in the ability to refund loot?
