killed instantly after self-rez while inside final extract with clearence three.

- Description of Issue - General description of the issue in the game: my teammate started final extract and i was able to make it there with 30 seconds to spare, with (obvious clearance 3). I stood on extract for 10 seconds waiting for team mates to make it and was knocked by commander, after self-rez i was insta-killed when the timer ran out with cryo #2 key in inventory as well as other loot. I want my loot back and this is the second time the game's bugs have robbed me of my loot with nothing to show. Also reported the first incident in dire marsh.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - No crash just buggy game, i was well within the time-frame to exfil with my key intact.

No im not able to clip this instant as it was a few days ago and i dont clip gameplay due to storage management to insure fast processing on my desktop. my time zone is central daylight time, and I don’t remember the exfil but it was either cargo or index within cryo archives, this incident took place within 5-10 minutes before this post, same as the dire marsh incident. My teammates did not make it to the exfil and they were random pairings but I have made it out by myself many times on cryo and never seen this happen, yes I died instantly on the pad after self rez and don’t understand why there’s so much back and forth when you can monitor the gameplay yourself, I’m not going to lie about something so petty and it’s not that hard to give a player there loot back upon monitoring gameplay for your self, I’m done playing this game anyways because of this nonsense. I’ve heard too many false promises from this game company and yet I haven’t seen a single fix to issues

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
