My Friend died in Cryo Archives Preservation and his bag fell through the floor.
Hello, My friend died on cryo archives and his bag fell through the floor, causing us to have to play down a player and lose the run. On 4/3/2026, at 9:40 PM MT, he was attempting to self-revive when he was killed by an opposing player. This seems to have caused his revive bag to fall through the floor. If possible, we would like our kits refunded as we did not wipe to enemy players, but on time trying to slowly work our way out of the map without the player that knew what he was doing. My Bungie Account is MuckMaster#3185, and his account is Vyxenif #9950. Attached is a picture of his body in the floor. I was standing in the nearby frozen pit when I took the screenshot attempting to find a way to get to him.
