Cryo Archive Stuck Under Control Pillar

During a run where I was attempting to access Vault 2 with a crew we were fighting within Control, whilst I was looting a CMDR I was shot under the map and was unable to down myself or anyone else. In this position I was stuck for over 10 minutes until time ran out of the raid and I lost both my kit and the Vault 2 key. It appeared I was standing near a pillar and it activated forcing me under it and then remained there for the rest of the match. In that position you are unable to move, vault or escape in any way bots and players are also unable to damage you and same vice versa. It ultimately becomes fate worse than death as you sit there until you disconnect or run out of time in raid. I was able to capture video and screenshots, was a massive loss on my behalf and serious bug that is ultimately game breaking and takes any of the thought of using high quality items away since I might loose them simply to a bug in the match and no clip into the environment. Ultimately getting my stuff back due to loosing it in such a unfair and obviously unintended manner would be nice but most importantly making it so it can not happen again is most important. Unfortunately I do not have the exact moment the bug happened on video though I believe on of my crew is also in the process of posting his perspective, best guess was I was standing on the corner of the pillar plate and when it opened it captured me and the forced me under it preventing escape as well as any projectiles coming in and out, if more video evidence is needed I have another video I can publish showing my teammates walking over and attempting several things to get me out as well as the live look into my inventory as to the screenshot..https://youtu.be/5b7KZYEg8Os
