Triage Mastery Challenge will not count no matter what.

Issue: I am trying to do my triage mastery. In order to do the triage mastery you have to revive both crew members at once with reboot +, I managed to do that only to go back to the codex and notice that it didn't register my revives. I have video evidence that i will list below.
