Consistent Error Code Broccoli

  • Description of Issue - Game crashes before reaching main menu after PS Studios and Bungie, in main menu, and if I am lucky enough to get into the game, within 60-120 seconds of actual gameplay. It usually crashes before I can even queue.
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 7PM-8:30PM EST 4/3/2026
  • Repro steps - I launched the game and tried to play it as normal.
  • GPU - NVIDIA 4070 Ti SUPER
  • CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

I have updated NVIDIA Drivers, Windows Updates, validated game files on Steam, re-installed the game, no improvement. Nothing was different between 4/1/2026 when I played for over an hour with no issues (and all the previous times I have played with no issues up til today 4/3/2026), and today when I couldn't even run the game for 5 minutes without it crashing. It barely lasts 2 minutes after reaching the main menu. It is just this error over and over. I have even tried underclocking my GPU and it makes no difference.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Please try installing the game on a different drive to rule out potential hardware issues if possible. If you're still having trouble, try rolling back to a previous set of drivers.

    Please also note that the game is not officially supported on laptop devices, even if those devices otherwise meet the minimum requirements.
