loot lost due to server going down
Me and a friend lost all our loot during a match because servers went down and couldnt recconect, we are from different platforms so it cant be a client sided or platform only issue

We understand that your run was interrupted by a network issue you experienced. We can imagine the impact that this may have had. Before your next run, you may wish to consider Optimizing Connections and performing Network Troubleshooting. In many cases, these steps help to prevent incidents such as that which you describe from recurring.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
