Got disconnected at 2 minutes to final exfil

Me and my crew ran Perimeter at around 1:00am Central Time. Game disconnected me at around the 2-minute until final exfiltration mark in game and I ended up not being able to reconnect even after restarting twice. Lost my 16k kit plus the loot from lobby wipe, data wall key and warden kill. Error message started off as red line at the bottom of my screen then disconnected me entirely. Upon a restart, same red error message stating Marathon servers were down. No other program on the PC was disconnected; I was in discord talking the whole time and both teammates never heard a lapse in connection.

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you were disconnected from the game before final exfiltration. Did the error message include any specific error code, such as Weasel or Anteater, or a string of numbers?

    If you haven't already, please also view our Network Troubleshooting Guide for detailed troubleshooting steps, just to rule out any potential networking issues. You can also track your platform's server status to see if there were any outages.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
