Lost a kit, my teammate's kit, and loot from a killed duo due to a "AFK disconnect" when my internet crashed.
Why is there is no reconnect feature on a crash?
Won a fight barely, was totally hyped, rezzing my friend who went down and my internet went out and I die to an anti AFK function? I lost not only my kit's value, but also whatever this team with purple shields had. It is a super bummer. I don't know if there is anything you can do with the info I have. We understand you experienced a connectivity issue mid-run. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If you haven't done so yet, you may wish to consider Optimizing Connections and performing Network Troubleshooting. Steps like these often help to prevent the recurrence of incidents like that which you experienced.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
