Disconnected with 30 seconds to final exfil with gold items as rook
i was waiting for final exfil and it disconnected me but by the time i reconnected the game was over and i died, i had a prestige key and gold implant from the three red key room :(
is there any way to get these items back or are they lost forever?

We understand you experienced a disconnection at the end of your run. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If you haven't already done so, you may wish to consider Optimizing Connections and performing Network Troubleshooting. These steps can often help to prevent further incidents such as that which you experienced.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
