All my team got crashed out and lost all loot that we looted in this match

  • Bungie Account Name - SOCRAT#5051 (and my friends Принцесса твоего очка#4176 and EgorPogromoid#5917)
  • Platform - Steam
  • Description of Issue - we got crashed out from game, after we press the button to reconnect to game it dropped us to lobby (with error code "currant"  and wiped all loot that we looted). please return our loot :)
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 5:38 PM (UTC+3)
  • Repro steps - i don't know, it is the first time i faced with such a problem

    We understand you encountered error code Currant. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact this incident had. Currant often occurs when interruptions between host and client connections are caused due to circumstances outside of our network. As a first step towards preventing the recurrence of this error code, we recommend that you ensure your current connection is working as intended to remove any outside variables.

    If you continue to experience Currant, then you may wish to consider performing Network Troubleshooting, as this can sometimes help.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
