It’s been 1 month without any response from the developers… no progress on fixing this issue or helping your players.....
Using outdated driver versions is NOT a viable solution, it can corrupt your users’ graphics cards. You should NOT be responding to these reports by recommending that we do that, as you have been.

We're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue, but unfortunately we don't have updates to share at this time. Additionally, while some other players have reported that installing older driver versions may help with the issue, we recognize not everyone will be comfortable trying such a workaround. We apologize for the continued inconvenience caused.
This is a horrible take telling ppl to go to outdated dated drivers to play your NEW game . It can really mess with your pc and mess with other games . the fact that you guys dont have a fix for this by now is crazy and how you start to lose your player base lil by lil . this should be checked incase of future drivers coming in and doing the same thing
I hope the users who have been waiting for a month because of this issue are compensated in some way for the time and money lost.
And as I said, recommending that we use outdated driver versions is NOT a viable solution, nor something you’d expect from a studio of your size, since it can end up damaging your users’ graphics cards.
