In game chat stops working in raid.
Xbox Series X, Xbox Elite Series 2 controller and Gen 2 Astro A50 headset. I am still having the issue of game chat stopping working in raid. About halfway through a raid the chat stops and my team has to move over to Discord to communicate. This has been an ongoing issue since the Server Slam, none of the patches have fixed it. Clearly it’s not my hardware since Discord works perfectly, it’s a game chat issue 100%.

We are aware of issues with audio and game chat not working properly, especially on xbox. We are currently investigating this issue.

I played last night on 4/2/26 and it happened to me twice. Once in raid and another time while loading into a raid.
10:00pm cst
When a PvP engagement started on Outpost
11:00 into a raid, 1:12:00 after game start
Chat resumed in lobby
10:38pm cst
Chat when loading into raid was muted
Came back in raid
These are the notes I took about what happened and when. Unfortunately a video wouldn’t help here since my game audio works fine, only in game chat is affected. I have noticed that it happens the most often when a PvP encounter starts. So the worst time possible. Any other questions let me know.
