We understand you're experiencing issues when trying to matchmake in Duo. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If you haven't yet done so, then you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting. In many similar cases, these steps have helped to remedy issues with matchmaking experienced by players.
If, however, you continue to experience this, then please let us know if you're also seeing any error codes or messages which coincide with what you experience. We'll then review the situation, and see what else we can hopefully recommend.
