Overflowing Vault when Rook

I lost an alien alloy when leaving Outpost as rook i had an overflowing vault and a purple bag on rook so there was not enough overflow slots to keep my alien alloy and the game just decided to delete it.. i have pictures extracting with the alien alloy and i went to clean my vault overflow to see if it would show up in there cause maybe it was just a visual bug but no... still out of luck unfortunatley... not sure if i lost anything else of value but the most important one to me was the alien alloy... if possible to grant my account one that would be amazing..

While we're sorry to hear you lost some loot due to Vault overflow, we're unable to manually return lost loot, and we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. However, please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
