The marathon runs only in the background of the task manager.
Hello, I came across the fact that when I start the game in steam, it shows me that it starts working, but nothing happens. In the task manager, it shows me that the game is running as a background process. I updated all the drivers before that. I reinstalled the game several times, but in the end nothing helped. My computer meets the system requirements and there are also no problems on the second virtual monitor. So I do not know what the problem is. Please help me figure out the problem.

For some initial troubleshooting, could you ensure that you whitelist both Marathon and BattlEye in your antivirus software? Please let us know if this allows you to launch Marathon.
Unfortunately, this method did not help me.
