[Urgent] PS5 - Infinite "Signing in..." loop (Version 1.010.000)

Issue: Stuck on the "Signing in..." screen since the March 31st update. No error code appears.

Issue: Stuck on the "Signing in..." screen since the March 31st update. No error code appears.
Details:
- Was able to play on the morning of March 31st (JST).
- Inaccessible for over 24 hours.
- Already performed: Reinstalled the game, Reset router (power cycled), and Restored licenses on PS5.
- None of the above steps resolved the issue.
My account seems to be stuck in a "ghost session" or authentication deadlock on the server side. Please investigate and refresh my account's session.

I have already performed ALL of the troubleshooting steps you mentioned, including the DNS settings (8.8.8.8) and power cycling. As I stated in my initial post, I have also reinstalled the game and restored licenses, but the infinite "Signing in..." loop persists.
This is clearly not a local network or ISP issue. My account appears to be stuck in a deadlock on the server side. Please manually refresh or reset my account session on your end.

Since I haven't received a reply yet, I assume the investigation is still ongoing. I tried to sign in just now to check the status, but it failed again.
To avoid interfering with your technical work on the server side, I will refrain from any further sign-in attempts until I receive a response from you. Here is the timestamp of my final attempt for your log analysis:
