Daily free shield not refreshing

Hello,

I've seen several past posts reporting the same, but I have not received my daily free NuCaloric shield in several days. I first noticed this over the weekend.

I appear to be receiving a free daily head implant instead?

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your region and time zone
    • Approximately when you last remember the daily free shield working.
    • A screenshot of your NuCaloric upgrade tree showing which upgrades you’ve unlocked.
    • A screenshot of the NuCaloric section in the Armory around daily reset, showing both the shield and head implant offers.
    • A brief description of what you do each day when you go to claim the free shield, and whether you’ve tried restarting the game after the daily reset.

    I don't seem to be able to post the photos here, but here's a shot of my armory (as well as a screenshot showing that I have Safeguard unlocked).

    Timezone: PDT

    I restart the game every day. I'm not 100% certain the last time I got a free shield, but it was probably Thursday or Friday (March 27 or 28).

    Sorry, I didn't fully address your last bullet: when I claim the free shield, I'll usually claim it to vault unless there's no space. If space is lacking, I claim it to my backpack.

    The screenshots above were taken at 1:45 PM PDT (so after refresh).

    Thank you. In case it's helpful, here's a clean armory screenshot after today's refresh as well as a shot of my vault (showing a lack of green shields that would have come from Safeguard).

    As someone who is a mediocre player at best, this is definitely hitting me hard in the credits :)

    Not sure if something was pushed on the developers' end, but I received a daily free shield today. 

    I'll continue to monitor over the next few days and reach out if the issue occurs again.
