Destroyer Shield Equip when ADS

If you attempt to equip Destroyers Tac shield while you are aiming down sights, it will bug out and not let you pull it. It does the animation, but quickly closes the shield immediately after. Either the shield should pop as normal, or force the user to quit ADS'ing before the animation can be completed. I've died several times trying to pull a shield up, only to have it go away half a second later.
