When dying my body fell through small crack in floor between ramp outside Processing and when ally managed to resurrect me, my shell was spawned beneath the map.
When i went back in a later run, there is a clear gap in the map along that ramp that has no collision.

Thanks for the report! If it's no trouble, could you show us exactly where this is on the map?
It is along the ramp beside the side building in P
rocessing, Outpost.
