Proximity chat no longer working

Description of Issue -
When I hold my push to talk button the red speaker icon comes up, but does not react when I say anything. I've had friends check and they cannot hear me on proximity voice in game. My crew chat appears to be working fine, and my mic icon lights up when I talk in the lobby - I haven't tested crew chat in-game as my friends and I use Discord for comms.
I use a Komplete Audio 6 interface, and my mic audio is routed via Voicemeeter Banana to increase my volume a touch as my mic is fairly quiet. I've double checked the settings under "Social" and the correct input is selected. As a side note, may I suggest moving the mic settings to "Audio"?
I'm unsure whether I'm able to hear other players via proxy chat or not.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - At least the last 3-4 days, I used to be able to talk on proximity voice just fine.
- Repro steps - No changes on my end

I followed the guide and made sure that everything was set up correctly, and proximity chat still doesn't work, while crew chat is fine. Here is a video showing the issue:

An interesting side note is that in the video you can hear the game sound but not the sound of my friend who is talking in crew chat. I'm unsure why this would be.
