Selection Pressures 3/4 and 4/4
if a team has both respective quests and the player with 3/4 picks up a sample the player with 4/4 is no longer able to grab the "Active Contagion Sample"

I play on pc, bought off steam. I dont have an exact time, but no more than 12 hours before making this post and unfortunately i have already completed both contracts.
I had loaded into solo fills with the 4/4 and my teammate picked up the quest item for his contract, 3/4, out of one of the vans/trucks on the south west of complex. When he did that the first part of my quest was marked as completed, i still headed to bio-research to grab my item (i knew the location already from the prior round) there was no "quest icon" or interaction anywhere on that wall. since it said the first part was completed i headed to quarintine and the quest icon did apear this time, however i couldnt interact with is as i did not have the item, unfortunately my teammate wasnt willing to drop his quest item for me to see if his item would work or not
