Rewards Pass Unlocks Disappearing

So I usually play every few days, looked at my rewards pass and multiple tiers are relooked so I have to spend more silk to unlock the again. The previously unlocked items are usable in my inventory meaning if I forget what I have I could waste silk on something I already have. Needs a fix!

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • Are the unlocks that have been locked from the Free or Premium track? What are their names?
    • Did you actually spend SILK a second time on any of those tiers?

    • If you did, what is the approximate date/time and time zone of the most recent duplicate purchase or when you noticed re-locking.

    • Did you Upgrade from Free to Premium mid-season?

    • Did you change platforms recently or enable cross-save?

      Screenshots showing:

    • The item is usable in your inventory/Armory (equipped emblem, weapon skin, schema, etc.).
    • The pass tile now shows as locked / costs SILK again.
    • Rewards Pass screen: one or more tiers showing locked + SILK cost, with the track visible.
    • Inventory/Armory: the same items equipped/owned.
