Ordered Marathon Collector’s Edition - no updates for a month
Hey all,
My wife ordered the Marathon Collector’s Edition to Poland on February 24 as a gift for me.
Payment went through, but she never got any confirmation email, no order number, no shipping number - nothing.
She checked out without making a Bungie account, so we have no way to track the order.
Since then, she only got two digital codes: first the Destiny 2 emblem, then about three weeks ago the Marathon Player Emblem. That’s it.
We've sent two tickets to store support - first a month ago, second - 2 weeks ago. No answers.
It's already March 30 and there is still no solution or info provided from Bungie.
What can be done?

I've tried contacting EU Bungie Store customer service two times - 1 month ago, and 2 weeks ago. No answers from there
I don't even have an order number, because I haven't got the confirmation e-mail.
Money for the purchase were transferred and confirmed by the bank
