MIDA armory Bug - Barter not working

  • Description of Issue - Bartered a Volatile Compound Lens for Grenade x4 - didn't receive the Grenade x4 and the Volatile Compound was deducted,
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - March 29th 2026, approximately 2:30 PM PST (+8 GMT)
  • Repro steps -
  1. After a round, looking around in the vault and armory to kit up for the next run
  2. Noticed a barter trade purchase for Grenade x4 for Volatile Compounds x1
  3. I had 6 in my vault before purchase, tried to process the barter transaction to my backpack
  4. Don't see Grenade x4  in backpack after purchase, Volatile Compounds x1 from vault, I have 5 remaining

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your report.

    We are aware of issues where equipment barters (grenades, gadgets, etc.) “Purchase to Backpack” can eat the cost and grant no item if the equipment slot is empty and the offer’s stack size is larger than the normal stack size. This affects grenade barters like the ones at Gantry. The current workaround is exactly what you found: use “Purchase to Vault” instead, which correctly delivers the grenades

    We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

    I just now had this happen to me...unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't adding Grenades until I tried bartering 4 times in total, burning 4x Volatile Compounds in hopes to receive 12x Frag Grenades. I ended up finding this bug report post after trying to look into seeing if it was a known issue, and apparently it turns out that it is. Had I known it was an issue, I would not have attempted to barter in Mida's shop or utilized your known workaround, so please for future reference publish any known issues like this on some kind of news tracker in-game or by utilizing the mass mails you can send out to players.

    Since I received 0 Frag Grenades and ended up losing out on 4 very valuable and difficult to find resources (Volatile Compounds), is it possible to either get the 4x Volatile Compounds refunded or the 12x Frag Grenades added to my Vault? Any assistance you can provide will be very appreciated. If I need to submit an official ticket of some kind for help, please let me know.

    • Description of Issue - See above, but to summarize: I spent 4x Volatile Compounds expecting to receive 12x Frag Grenades from Mida's Barter section of the Armory (1x Compound > 3x Frags). I ended up losing my 4x Volatile Compounds and not receiving any Frag Grenades.
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Approximately 12:45-1:00 AM CST
    • Repro steps - Left clicking/purchasing the Frag Grenades x3 from the Bartering section of Mida's Armory.
