Push to Talk [Tap] not working

- Description of Issue - I am on controller and I have a few issues with the push to talk feature
1. LT + D-PAD UP is the default set by game for proxy chat and doesn't work. I use my keyboard separately to activate it
2. Setting Push to talk to "Tap" in the settings allows you to tap, but when activated it automatically turns off. It should stay on
3. When looking at key bindings, only hold appears - no tap setting available (Is this interfering with the tap setting in social settings?)
4. Additional Feature request: Game should have a symbol that shows team chat is on or off. Currently only shows a greyed out mic for all settings
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Continuous (Noticed by player 3/27 and has not remediated itself)

Thanks for reaching out! Issues #1 and #3 should have been resolved already with the release of Cryo Archive. If this isn't the case, please let us know and include a clip highlighting the issues.
#2 is intended behavior, as the "tap" setting will auto-close push-to-talk after a brief delay with no speaking.
