Stuck in processing room after opening armory

Description: After opening the loot room (armory) in Procesing on Outpost, barriers preventing us from leaving, and it seemed like the button to open it was marked as a quest item outside of the room. We were stuck here for several minutes until we died.

And what happens to losing a fair amount of loot? Is there some way we can be reimbursed? My entire inventory is visible in one of the clips so you can see what I had, I know ARC Raiders returns loot lost due to stuff like this.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
We have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors, but unfortunately we're unable to manually return lost loot.
Why can’t you return the loot or offer some sort of compensation? We lost our items and wasted our time because of a bug thats completely out of our control and you really can’t do anything about it? That’s completely unfair and honestly unacceptable from a customer service perspective. If there’s a chance i’m going to lose what I spent time playing to get due to no fault of my own then I don’t see any reason to continue to play. Imagine if some bug starts preventing people from extracting after they killed the compiler and all you can say is basically “Hey thanks for letting us know, too bad”
