Armor Synthesis Introduction Quest Missing

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Armor Synthesis system in Destiny 2. The “Armor Synthesis Introduction” quest is completely missing for me. I have already completed the New Light introduction (A Guardian Rises), checked with Ada-1, and the Loom is inactive because it requires a quest item that I never received. I also checked the Quest Archive, and it is empty. Additionally, I created a new character and encountered the exact same issue — the quest still does not appear. Because of this, I am unable to access or use the Armor Synthesis (transmog) system at all. Could you please investigate this issue or manually grant the quest to my account? Thank you.
