PS5 in game chat is not working
**Bungie Account Name** - Nova#9472
**Platform** - PlayStation 5
**Description of Issue** - in game chat is not work, I can’t hear others and other can’t hear me in game chat, I did reset social settings in game, I check both my headset and controller are unmuted, and checked in game profile I’m unmuted, I’m sure the issue related to the game cuz when I use discord voice call in PS5 I can hear others and other can here me.
**Rough Date and Time of issue** - 26th march 2026 around 18:00 GMT
**Repro steps **- the only thing I can think of is I turn cross-play on , then after few games I turn it back off, but not sure how is related to audio issues

We'd first recommend going through our Audio & Voice Troubleshooting Guide to see if it helps with your issue. There's also a PS5-specific setting that may disable voice chat in-game. We'd also recommend going through your PlayStation 5 settings to ensure you do not have anything blocking you from using the feature. I've included a link to review, especially the section at the bottom titled "How to disable game chat audio on a PS5 console".
