not receiving my twitch drops

So i watched the necessary hours to unlock all the worm awards and the weapon skin, and claimed them in time but I've still yet to see the awards in game. I've checked and all my accounts are linked correctly.

If you have already gone through the steps in our Twitch Drops guide, please share screenshots of your Twitch Drops & Rewards Inventory and let us know exactly which drops have not been received in-game.

The missing rewards are Twitch Engine Weapon Skin, GLOWworm Weapon Sticker, WEAVEworm Background, and SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit.

Hey there,

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please keep an eye on your account’s Customizations for your missing Twitch Drops.

If your owned emblems are not showing up, you can try resorting the Customize > Profile menu by All or Owned to make sure that all of your emblems are showing up in game. This should correct a visual issue that can hide owned emblems.
