Stuck on title screen loading

after i click to get pass the title screen it goes into the loading one, and on that one it never gets past it.
i havent played since before the cryo archive update and when i tried today it simply wont work, already moved ssds and reinstalled the game still nothing.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you go through the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help resolve the issue:

    • Fully restart everything your PC and Steam Client
    • Check your network and disable any VPN or Proxy.
    • Power-cycle your router (unplug 30 seconds, plug back in).
    • If possible, test a wired connection or a phone hotspot to see if it starts working there.

    • Reset config files

      • Close the game.
      • Go to:
        C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Marathon\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
      • Rename GameUserSettings.ini and Engine.ini (for example, to GameUserSettings_old.ini).
      • Launch Marathon so it regenerates fresh settings.

    • Run Steam as admin & verify files

      • Right-click Steam → Run as administrator.
      • In Steam: Library → right-click Marathon → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity.

    i did everything besides the config files because.... they legit don't exist???
    am so confused, you wrote about as if the config files were made on unreal, this game is not unreal and neither does those files or folders exists. what?

    but seriously why it doesnt works? i did everything even found the cvar files and nuked them on another folder and still nothing.
    ran steam and the game on admin and nothing wtf does it want from me? my wallet? reinstall windows itself?

    ok the problem was my GPU driver for some stupid reason, the AMD driver from FEBRUARY literally hangs the game nowdays so tahts great to know
