Hypocritical Oath Bug - I did 2x and it didnt work

I did the Hypocritical Oath challenge 2 times on 2 different days and did not get the challenge in my codex. It is the last challenge I need for my skin and it is very frustrating that I cant get it. Please assist. I did both of them on Trios mode. If possible, just mark as completed in my codex. If there is anyway to retroactively analyze my gameplay you will notice that I have completed them. Last time I completed the challenge was yesterday 03/25/2026.
