DISCONNECTED FROM CRYO - Unable to get back in to game.
I just want to start off by saying that I am loving marathon however, the disconnection that I dealt with this morning was very saddening and quite devastating to the cryo- archive run that I was in. Basically we were winning. We had security clearance three - my backpack was full of very good loot. When out of nowhere I was disconnected from the game and received an error notice. I first checked my Internet connection and everything was A-OK. I had full bars of Wi-Fi. I even asked my roommate if they noticed any trouble with the Internet and they said no: my Internet was totally fine. The server just disconnected me from Cryo as I mentioned in the title : I was not able to get back in. I spoke with my teammates who told me that they were able to successfully exfil, which again is very sad to me being that I was running on the high of what was supposed to be a very successful cryo- run. I’m here to file a complaint because it would be nice and I would expect the marathon team to get me my items back like I said we were winning and coming out on top so it was just a very devastating moment for me to be disconnected from the server like that which at the end of the day seemed like an in game issue - nothing to do with my Internet.

We understand you were disconnected from a run in Cryo Archive. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. If you haven't already done so, then you may wish to consider Optimizing Connections or performing Network Troubleshooting. While we realize your internet appeared stable at the time of this incident, these steps can often help to prevent the recurrence of incidents such as that which you experienced.
If, however, you do experience this again beyond the above suggestions, then please let us know what the error notice you encounter says, and consider linking us to a screenshot of it. We'll then review, and see what else we may hopefully be able to suggest.
I appreciate your team being prompt and messaging me back about this. Will I at least be given back my starting kit/items? Like I said, this really seemed like a server error as it labeled me eliminated While in no way shape or form was I Eliminated and I had no option of getting back into the match.
