Error Stingray
Hello,
- Bungie Account Name - MiaCastaka#8932
- Platform - Xbox Series X
- Description of Issue - Error Stingray since launch day. I reinstalled Destiny 2 to check and I realized I have the same error Stingray in Destiny 2. I was playing Destiny 2 since 2017 without any problem. I currently play other games online on my xbox without any issues, my gamepass premium is active.
Please fix my account, I'm begging you.

Thank you for your answer. I read all your guides and it doesn't apply to my situation. All my online games work fine on my Xbox serie X except for the Bungie ones. I have the same problem of authentification for Destiny 2 and Marathon. I can't play Marathon that I bought on launch day...

Indeed I have tried an incredible amount of supposed solutions since launch and nothing works.
I did again what you suggested but it didn't work.
I power cycled my xbox and also my router.
I reinstalled Marathon.
I signed out and back in.
I launched the right version of Marathon (I don't have any other version)
It doesn't work at all. Could you check on your side what s happening with my account? I have my Bungie account for 10 years, first time I have this kind of problems.
Anyone can help please... It has been like 3 weeks... I repeat I have my Bungie account for 10 years and this is the first time I have a problem.
Can you check my account from your side and authenticate it? I don't know...
Can I get someone on the phone or online chat?
If you guys have no clue what is happening for those Stingray errors on Xbox, at least tell us...
