Severe performance issues on outpost
Posting this to see if others are experiencing the same thing and to hopefully get some visibility from the devs.
System Specs:
• Ryzen 7 5800X
• 5070ti
• Fully optimized system, latest drivers
The Problem:
The Marathon Outpost map runs significantly worse than anything else I’ve played. We’re talking:
• Noticeably low FPS
• Inconsistent frame pacing / stuttering
• GPU utilization way lower than expected
Meanwhile, everything else on my system runs perfectly fine.
What I’ve Tested:
• Lowered graphics settings → barely any improvement
• Lowered resolution → minimal impact
• System fully updated and optimized
• Temps and throttling are NOT an issue
This really points to a map-specific optimization problem or CPU bottleneck, not hardware limitations.
Why This Matters:
If a system like this is struggling, I can’t imagine what performance looks like on mid-range setups. This could be a widespread issue that just hasn’t gotten enough attention yet.
