I've been experiencing this too. Cryo Archive is even worse. 7900XTX, 5700X3D.

Forgot to add as well, yes I am on the latest GPU drivers, and it doesn't seem that either my CPU or GPU are hitting their full capacity, although this could be misleading since the X3D processors ...
