Lost all Gear 25 minutes into a Dire Marsh Duos run due to a BAD PACKET error, Game Crashed.
I was playing DIRE MARSH DUOS moments before final exfil I got a BAD PACKET error causing the game to crash.
I lost everything, is there anything I can do to rectify this tragic loss :(

We're sorry to hear about this issue.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
