Sign in failure

Game is working perfectly, but I can't sign in, I'm using steam, and whenever I try to sign in, I get a notification says "Marathon servers are not available at the moment, please try again later, do you have any possible fix for that?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you try the following:

    • Exit Marathon and close Steam completely (including from the system tray).
    • Re-launch Steam as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator) and then try Marathon again.
    • In a browser, go to and sign in with Steam.
    • If that works, log out, then try launching Marathon again to re-establish the link.
    • Make sure your system date & time and time zone are set correctly (auto-sync on).
    • Temporarily turn off VPNs and any aggressive firewall or antivirus that might block BattlEye or Marathon, then try again.
    • Power-cycle the router/modem (unplug 30 seconds, plug back in).
    • If possible, test a wired connection or a mobile hotspot to see if the error is specific to your ISP or home network.

    If you still see the “Marathon servers are not available” message after all of these steps, please screenshot the error message and post it in this thread.
