Visual Bug: Self Revive and Revive may show Disconnected Label on Player

- Description of Issue - When using a self revive or in some cases when a team-mate is reviving another player (could be in the middle of self revive animation or unknown), it will change their in-game status as "Disconnected", causing some team confusion if their teammate truly disconnected or not.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Every match where a self-revive is being used
- Repro steps - Play with a team on any map (e.g. Cryo Archive or Outpost or Dire Marsh). Have a teammate down themselves and initiate a self-revive. In some cases, when a player is reviving a teammate w/o a self-revive being used, it may show "disconnected" state to the teammate being actively revived.
