If this happens again, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
It happened here as well. Even did the "kill 9 runners in a single run" faction mission. We had 13 kills total and took the final exfil that appeared after 00:00. It is kind of sad. Is it maybe bugged if you do the faction quest?
