Key scheme disappeared

I bought a key scheme (In italian: Modello di chiave deluxe) After exfil, I have no key nor the scheme itself in my inventory nor storage

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Exact schema name and where you purchased it
    • Map name where this occurred
    • Can you confirm that your vault and backpack were not full when this occurred?

    sure indeed
    Platform - PC Steam
    Approx date/time - I don't remember EXACTLY but more or less 11~11:30 PM CET
    Exact schema name - DELUXE KEY TEMPLATE bought from CyberAcme armory just before the raid
    Map name - Perimeter
    Yes, I can confirm I was not full in my backpack and vault when occured. in fact, what I have done was a raid specifically for transform the key so I have exfil when the firsts exfil exit appeared with my Duo friend who did the same (but he was with a SUPERIOR KEY TEMPLATE) and his key was fine.
    If you need more information I will more than happy to provide any kind of. I just wanna be sure I'm not coplaining or anything but I think is for the best giving feedbacks
