Thanks for reaching out.
I checked your previous posts and it appears that you mentioned that your processor is a Intel Core i7-9750H which is a laptop processor correct?
While it may be possible to play on certain laptop configurations, we do not officially support them per our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide.
Who cares what pc I am on, the game worked fine before week 1 update. I bought it because the game was ok on mine.
Bro I fixed that crash!!! All you need to do is reinstall Windows 10 with saving all files and programms by creating usb flash with Windows 10 ISO and open setup.exe file in that flash or download Windows Media Creation Tool with ISO. You need to choose "save all files and programms" and update system. 30 minutes and your pc is ready! If you don't understand try to google guide how to do it
