Twitch Drops Not Working

  Thanks for reaching out.
  
  Can you please verify that your Bungie account is correctly linked to your Twitch account:

  • Go to https://www.bungie.net/ and sign in with the Platform account you use for Marathon.
  • Navigate to Profile > Settings > Account Linking.
  • Check that:
  • Twitch is listed and Linked.
  • The Twitch name shown here matches the account where the drops were claimed.
  • If it looks wrong:
  • Unlink Twitch, save.
  • Log out of Bungie.net.
  • Log back in and link Twitch again from the Account Linking page

  I am unable to unlink my account from the bungie website.

  I have been linking my twitch account from twitches website. When i try to link accounts on bungie this error pops up.

  Hi there,

  Thank you for the screenshot.

  That error message means that either a Twitch account is already linked to that Bungie.net account or you are trying link to a Twitch account that is already linked to a different Bungie.net account.

  You can find out what Twitch account is linked to a Bungie.net account by checking the following:

  • On bungie.net → Settings → Account Linking, see if Twitch is already linked.
  • On twitch.tv → Settings → Connections, see if there’s an existing Bungie/Marathon/Destiny connection and disconnect it.
  • Make sure you are signing into the correct Bungie account before trying again.

  Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances. If you find that you are connected to a Twitch account that you do not have access to, you will need to contact Twitch Support.

  My twitch account is not linked to any other bungie account, and i am unable to unlink my twitch account from my bungie account. as seen in the image above i cannot unlink my twitch account.

  When i unlink my twitch account from the twitch platform and reconnect i am able to use the "link account" button on bungie.net. I then click "allow access" to link my twitch account from the popup and i immediately after get "These accounts cannot be linked" popup even though on twitch it confirms the account link. I am unsure what to do as I've verified the accounts that i am connecting.

  Regarding your Twitch account not linking to your Bungie.net profile, could you please try the following:

  1. Clear all cookies from your browser.
  2. Restart your browser and try linking your Twitch account again.
  3. If that still doesn't work, open a private (incognito) browser window and try linking your account there.
