Bugged queue
I started a match. Solo, fill. My game started matchmaking, which normally takes 30 seconds or less. After 10 minutes, I figured I was in a bugged queue. With no way to cancel matchmaking, I force closed the game. When I opened the game again, it gave me the option to reconnect to my previous game, which I tried but was also bugged. After force closing the game a second time and reopening, I declined to reconnect. The game told me to wait for the previous match to finalize or risk forfeiting my load out. I waited for a while, long enough that I figured the game should have ended, before deciding to sacrifice my load out. I'm not worried about getting it back, it wasn't the greatest, but if it happens again I'm probably gonna have to straight up abandon the game. Not being able to play for 30-40 minutes trying to save a load out and then having to sacrifice it anyway is awful, and if it had been good gear I would have probably uninstalled.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with one of your lobbies due to not being able to connect in with the other players, and then were held out from the game and lost your gear. We have taken note of this detailed report and will continue investigating any issues that may have caused this to occur.
In the meantime, to rule out any issues that may be coming from your local connection, we'd encourage you to try out some Basic Network Troubleshooting, and more importantly our Advanced Network Troubleshooting to rule out any NAT-related issues that may have caused this.
I can confidently say that it wasn't a network issue on my end, I was in a PlayStation party with some friends the entire time.
