LOST 3 KEY TEMPLATES

Platform - Steam 
Description of Issue - I lost 3x Key templates when brought into a raid yesterday. 2x Blue and one purple. I extracted without interacting with a player or UESC on the first extract and did not receive any extra keys, effectively losing the template and receiving nothing in return. 
Rough Date and Time of issue - This was approximately 9:40pm AEST 23/03/2026
Repro steps - Have not been able to craft or obtain the means to buy more, so cannot recreate, however have a friend who has also lost one key template to this.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Exact key template types: what were their names and colors, and were they were Cryo-specific or general templates?
    • Which Map did this happen on?
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened

    Rough Date and Time of issue - This was approximately 9:40pm AEST 23/03/2026
    Template types: 2x Deluxe and 1x Superior - NOT Cryo specific. 
    Map: Perimeter Duos
