Purple Shield Rewards
- Bungie Account Name - B1shop#6977
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - I've turned in contracts and/or got faction-level rewards with multiple purple shields listed as part of the reward. But, when I look in my vault, I only see one purple shield.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/23/2026 around 11:40 AM CST.
- Repro steps - At least one of the contracts or faction level rewards I just obtained around 11:40 showed multiple purple shields, but I seem to have only received one.

In the future, please double check you have enough space in your Vault to receive the extra shield rewards. That said, if this happens again despite you having plenty of available space, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
