please please PLASE fix the voice chat in this game

I set my input device , all communication is on, keybind is also right but for some reason I just can't talk in game, I can talk in any other games and applications but just not marathon and many comments also share the same problem. Please bungie I like talking to people in game and I feel so left out whenever people communicate and I can't response.
